There is a possibility that the particular work may come by. Check the stock status in the Individual Artwork page. If it says ‘Unavailable’, go to the Artist top page, use the ‘Art Consulting’ at the bottom of the page or ‘Contact us’ at the header to let us know the name of the artist and the title of the work. We will see if we can get hold of it in our network.
Q. Can I buy an unlisted artwork of the artist whose other works are on sale?

Q. Can I buy a work by an artist who is not listed in your website?

Q. How can I find out the new arrivals?
Click ‘What's New’ on the top page to show the thumbnails of the artists with newly included works. Click the appropriate artist to go to the Artist top page. The works of the artist are listed in order from new to old.
In the Artist top page, you can also sort the works of the artist by date, using ‘By sale date’ option in the ‘Sort Menu’. Using other criteria in the ‘Search Menu’ you can narrow down your search further.
Q. Tell me more about the search. How can I refine it?
You can refine your search, in the Artist top page, by choosing categories in the ‘Search Menu’ and the ‘Sort Menu’. Multiple categories can be selected.
Can be chosen from
Search Menu:
International, Asian, Japanese or Recommended.
International means anywhere else outside Asian and Japanese. Recommended is a set of products recommended by Tagboat.
Inventory
Can be selected from ‘Stock available’ or ‘All’. When ‘Stock available’ is selected, you can narrow down to the items presently on sale. Please note, however, owing to the time gap of the inquiry or a fluctuation of the supplier price, there may be cases where we cannot take your order.
Artist name
The search can be narrowed by the name of the artist. When more than two letters are keyed in, the candidates list will be displayed. This applies to both ‘First Name’ and ‘Last Name’ fields.
Media
You can narrow down your search by media from All, Paintings, Drawings , Prints , Photographs , Sculpture , Design
Sort Menu:
By Sale date
You can rearrange the list by the sale dates, in either ascending or descending order.
By price
You can rearrange the list by price in either ascending or descending order.
By name
You can rearrange the list by the artist’s last name, in either ascending or descending order.

Step 1:
In the Individual Artwork page, click ‘Inquiry’ button to go to Inquiry Sheet.
Step 2:
Use this Inquiry page to make order.
Step 2-1:
Please state the name(s) of the artist(s) and the title(s) of the artwork(s). The box below can be used for a query or any instruction you may make. * For a general inquiry, such as where a final choice hasn’t been made, you can also use the ‘Contact us’ button at the top right of the page.
Step 2-2:
Fill in the necessary fields under personal Information.
Step 2-3:
If you need further information, Please fill in ‘Request / Comments’ column.
Step 2-4:
Click ‘Confirm’ , and ‘Send’.
Step 3:
On receiving your Inquiry Sheet, we will email you the official confirmation of estimate and the ‘Order Form’ with terms and conditions.

Step 4:
Fill in your personal detail such as Billing Information, Shipping Information and Payment Method, as well as the card detail if you choose credit card for payment. If you agree with the terms and conditions, please send the ‘Order Sheet’ by fax or by email. The fax or the email constitutes a formal order.

Q. I haven’t quite made up my mind yet. Can you reserve the piece for me?
It depends. If the piece is under multiple inquiries we may not be able to do so, but if we can, we will set the reservation duration and let you know. Please inquire for details.
Payment Method
Q. Can I choose the payment method?
You can choose either Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
If you order from the Inquiry sheet, we will email you the estimate-confirmation within one or two days, along with ‘Order Sheet’ with terms and conditions. If you choose Wire Transfer, We will send the invoice by return email. Please fill in the card detail (if you are paying by credit card), agree with the terms and conditions and send the sheet by fax or email. Order Sheet
Q. Which credit card can I use?
We accept JCB, VISA, Master, American Express, UC and City Bank Card.
Q. How much is the shipping?
Shipping is to be paid by the buyer. You will be informed about cost when you arrange the Account Number with Fedex. If you want us to arrange it, we will add the shipping cost in the estimate.
Q. Can you arrange the insurance?
Insurance is to be paid by the buyer. If you want us to arrange it, we will add the cost of insurance in the estimate.
Delivery
Q. When the delivery to be?
Your purchase is usually shipped one to six weeks after the payment is settled. We will email you the delivery notice with your Airway Bill #, so that you can check the delivery detail on the Fedex website.
Q. My consignment hasn’t arrived yet.
Using Airway Bill #, stated in the delivery notice, check the delivery detail on the Fedex website. If you cannot find the detail there, let us know your Order #. We will look into the matter and report back to you.
Q. Import Duty
You have to pay Import Duty upon arrival in your residential country. The amount should be based on your country's tax regulations.
Cancellation and Return
Q. Can I cancel after I have sent out the order?
Sending the Order Sheet, with terms and condition agreed, is deemed the confirmation of intention to buy and, as principle, we do not accept cancellation. If you think the condition of the artwork is not what you were informed, Please let us know in 2weeks after the art work arrived. We will refund on reaching the agreement by both party. We will not accept any claim and refund requirement after 2weeks have passed since the artwork reached your address.
