Chihiro Kudo’s work has a wonder that lures people in.
Her work, which is somewhat reminiscent of Yoshitomo Nara’s touch and techniques, has a unique appeal.

Chihiro Kudo, who is originally from Aomori Prefecture, won awards at the Sompo Japan FACE exhibition and the TAGBOAT Awards after finishing her postgraduate studies at the Nagoya University of Arts.
Her talent also gained her the President’s Award at the Nagoya University of Arts.

The women that she draws are set in a heartwarming atmosphere and skillfully express strangeness and cuteness in perfect balance.
