This is a series of 20 drawings, begun without setting any goals beforehand, letting the paint flow and move freely.
I created these with the desire to be lighter and more effortless than when I face a canvas, hoping to draw out unexpected colors and shapes that I wouldn't have reached through my own will alone.
The accumulation of coincidences in these drawings, and the time spent rescuing shapes from them, was an essential journey in order to arrive at the theme of this exhibition: "worlds emerging from nothingness." I would be happy if you could feel the presence of these 20 small beginnings breathing on paper.
