Profile

Hengki Koentjoro was born in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia, in 1963 and is an accomplished black and white photographer.
Hengki works as a videographer/editor, specializing in nature documentaries and corporate profiles.
His work has been featured in publications world wide, including Silver Kris Flyer.

He is a graduate of the Brooks Institute of Photography, Santa Barbara, California, where he majored in video production and minored in fine art photography.

He is the winner of numerous photo awards, including Second place and Honorable Mentions in the 2008 PX3 Annual Photo Competitions, Merit Award in Black and White Magazine, February 2008 and Second in the Asia without Borders Photography Competition.
