【技法】
リソグラフとは、シルクスクリーンやガリ版などと同じ技術を利用したデジタル孔版印刷で、海外ではアート作品制作の技法として広く認知されています。私の場合は、鉛筆によるグラデーションでモノクロの版をシアン用、イエロー用、マゼンダ用というように色ごとに数枚描き、それを版にしてリソグラフで刷るという珍しい方法で作品を制作しています。

【Techniques of Creating Works】 
Risograph is a digital stencil printing technique that utilizes the same technology as silkscreening and galley printing, and is widely recognized as a technique for creating artworks.  
In my case, I use a pencil gradation technique to draw several black-and-white plates for each color (cyan, yellow, magenta, etc.), which are then used as plates for Risograph printing, which is an unusual method.

Profile

1966年東京生まれ。1988年武蔵野美術大学工芸工業デザイン学科(インテリアデザイン専攻)卒業。油彩画とリソグラフによる版画作品を制作し、個展やアートフェアへの出展をメインとしながらクライアントワークを行う。また、布による動物の壁掛けオブジェFabric trophyの制作など、様々な創作活動をしている。日常の何気ない風景や人物を描きながら、記憶の曖昧さや感情の残像を表現。光と影、安らかでありながら不穏、親密さと距離感といった二面性の共存を探求し、鑑賞者それぞれの記憶と重なり合うような作品を目指している。

Profile

Born in Tokyo in 1966. Graduated from Musashino Art University, Department of Industrial, Interior, and Craft Design (Interior Design major) in 1988. I create oil paintings and risograph prints, presenting them mainly in solo exhibitions and art fairs, while also working on commissioned projects. I also engage in a variety of creative practices, such as producing “Fabric Trophy”—animal wall-mounted objects made of fabric. Through depicting ordinary everyday scenes and people, I express the ambiguity of memory and the lingering traces of emotion. My work explores the coexistence of dualities—light and shadow, serenity and unease, intimacy and distance—with the aim of resonating with the personal memories of each viewer.
