This is part of a photo series called ``Sign of Waves''.
While taking pictures on the beach, I noticed that some days there were pebbles on the beach and some days there were not.
Even on days when there were lots of pebbles, they would be gone the next day.
The shape of the beach changes depending on the tide of the day: high tide, low tide, middle tide, long tide, young tide, and what the waves bring and take with them seems to be different.
Pebbles gradually turn into sand as they move back and forth between the ocean and the beach, and heavier stones sink into the sand little by little each time they are hit by a wave.
