Robert Doisneau (April 14, 1912 - April 1, 1994) was a poetic photographer born in France. Working in the fields of photojournalism and fashion photography, he shone a light on the small moments of ordinary people, quietly capturing the rich stories hidden within them. His work is full of humor and humanity, leaving a soft lingering impression on the hearts of those who see it. Sometimes written as "Robert Doisneau," his work has been exhibited in many places, mainly in Europe and the United States, and continues to receive high acclaim.
