Money is a concept created by humans—an uncertain system sustained only by the collective belief that “a piece of paper called a banknote has value.”
Although this value fluctuates with changes in time and society, we remain strongly bound by this fiction, allowing it to shape our actions and decisions.
While I satirize economic supremacy through my work, I am also caught up in the very system of value represented by the price of my own artworks.
Embracing this contradiction, I seek to reconsider the inescapable presence of money through money-based art that uses banknotes as a medium, offering new perspectives on value and belief.
