花、家、部屋、そして人物。断片的な4つのモチーフを一つの格子(グリッド)に収めることで、誰かの記憶の目録を作成するように構成したリソグラフ作品です。古いスナップ写真のような質感は、過ぎ去った時間の距離感を表しています。それぞれの枠に閉じ込められた静かな光景が、一つの額の中で共鳴し、語られなかった物語の断片を浮かび上がらせます。

Flowers, a house, a room, and a person. By placing these four fragmentary motifs within a single grid, this risograph work is composed like a catalog of someone’s memories. The texture, reminiscent of an old snapshot, expresses the distance of time passed. These quiet scenes, each confined within its own frame, resonate inside the single display, bringing to light fragments of an untold story.

Profile

1966年東京生まれ。1988年武蔵野美術大学工芸工業デザイン学科(インテリアデザイン専攻)卒業。油彩画とリソグラフによる版画作品を制作し、個展やアートフェアへの出展をメインとしながらクライアントワークを行う。また、布による動物の壁掛けオブジェFabric trophyの制作など、様々な創作活動をしている。日常の何気ない風景や人物を描きながら、記憶の曖昧さや感情の残像を表現。光と影、安らかでありながら不穏、親密さと距離感といった二面性の共存を探求し、鑑賞者それぞれの記憶と重なり合うような作品を目指している。

Profile

Born in Tokyo in 1966. Graduated from Musashino Art University, Department of Industrial, Interior, and Craft Design (Interior Design major) in 1988. I create oil paintings and risograph prints, presenting them mainly in solo exhibitions and art fairs, while also working on commissioned projects. I also engage in a variety of creative practices, such as producing “Fabric Trophy”—animal wall-mounted objects made of fabric. Through depicting ordinary everyday scenes and people, I express the ambiguity of memory and the lingering traces of emotion. My work explores the coexistence of dualities—light and shadow, serenity and unease, intimacy and distance—with the aim of resonating with the personal memories of each viewer.
