松江泰治(まつえ たいじ、1963年東京都生まれ)は、写真を通して風景や都市、構造物を客観的かつ精緻に捉える写真家・現代美術作家。東京藝術大学大学院美術研究科を修了後、国内外で発表を重ねている。

人工と自然、秩序と偶然が交差する地点を主題とし、俯瞰的な視点や均質化された構図によって、個別の物語性を排しながらも、風景に内在する構造や時間性を浮かび上がらせる。空撮や高所からの撮影、幾何学的な画面構成により、都市や建築、自然環境を「現象」として提示し、写真がもつ記録性と抽象性のあいだを往還する表現を確立している。

Taiji Matsue (born 1963, Tokyo) is a photographer and contemporary artist whose work explores landscapes, cities, and structures through an objective and highly controlled photographic approach. He completed his graduate studies at Tokyo University of the Arts and has exhibited internationally.

Matsue focuses on the intersection of nature and artificial systems, eliminating narrative to reveal underlying structures and temporal layers within landscapes. Through aerial perspectives, elevated viewpoints, and rigorous compositions, he presents urban and natural environments as phenomena rather than scenes. His practice navigates between documentation and abstraction, redefining photography as a tool for observing the invisible order embedded in the world.
