「集」をテーマに作品を制作。
集まる行為には多様な個々の魅力や背景が内包され、良い面も悪い面も含まれると考える。
個の尊重と社会とのバランスを「集」という行為から考察し、作品を通じて新たな視点を提案する。
近年、複数枚のアクリルの板にプリントした作品。「TYPE」シリーズに取り組んでいる。
「TYPE」シリーズ
・1つの漢字を集合させて、その漢字の意味をもつ他の言葉(例:愛→LOVE、望→HOPE)にしたものを、複数枚のアクリルの板にプリントした作品。
・1つの漢字、それを集合させたことによってできる言葉の意味は普遍的であるが、個々の意識は十人十色であり、一つの価値に縛られていない現実があること伝えたいと考えている。
・アクリルの板を重ねることで奥行きを生み出し、より深い個々の意識を表現している。
武蔵野美術大学短期大学部を卒業
日本の他、ニューヨーク(2014年、2017年、2019年)、ロンドン(2019年)、ミラノ(2020年)のグループ展や、ニューヨークで開催されているアートフェア「Affordable Art Fair」(2014年)の参加経験がある。
Profile
Focusing on "gathering" as a theme, the artist contemplates the diverse individual charms and backgrounds inherent in communal activities, both good and bad. Their works propose new perspectives on the balance between individual identity and society.
In recent years, the artwork is printed on multiple acrylic panels. She is working on the “TYPE” series.
”TYPE” series
・This is a work in which a single kanji character is assembled into other words that have the meaning of the kanji character (e.g., 愛 → LOVE, 望 → HOPE) and printed on multiple acrylic panels.
・The meaning of the words created by assembling these kanji is universal, but I want to convey the fact that each person's consciousness is different, and that there is a reality that is not bound to a single value.
・By layering acrylic panels, he creates depth and expresses a deeper individual consciousness.
Graduated from Musashino Art University Junior College of Art and Design.
In addition to Japan, he has participated in group exhibitions in New York (2014, 2017, 2019), London (2019), Milan (2020), and the Affordable Art Fair in New York (2014).
