2018年 東京藝術大学 美術学部 絵画科油画専攻卒業。
デジタルイメージが前提となった現代において、視覚がいかに現実を構成するのかを問い直す。
デジタル上で生成した画像をキャンバスやアクリルに出力し、その上に描画材を介入させることで、情報として完結していた像を再び物質へと引き戻す。
均質なデジタルの平面と流動的な物質が画面上で衝突し、層は交錯しながら不安定な視覚体験を生む。
そこに描かれる人物は視覚の媒介として機能し、鑑賞者の認識を揺さぶる。
それは固定された像ではなく、情報と物質の往還の中で生成され続ける視覚の状態を提示する。
また「ひろせ」名義で国内外のゲーム、ライトノベル、「初音ミク」などの商業イラストも手がけ、流通するイメージと美術の文脈を横断している。

Profile
Graduated from the Department of Painting, Faculty of Fine Arts, Tokyo University of the Arts, majoring in Oil Painting, in 2018.
After graduating, he worked as a designer in the game industry, and now works across the two fields of art and illustration.
Based on the concept of "an approach to painting that is only possible in a real world where the boundary between the digital and the physical is blurred," he creates and exhibits paintings using a variety of techniques, including printing out works created in a digital environment and then adding further refinements with painting materials.
Under the name "Hirose," he also works as an illustrator, working on a wide range of projects, providing illustrations for popular titles such as games and light novels both in Japan and abroad, and is garnering attention as one of the leading artists in the illustration scene.
As both an artist and illustrator, he is a rare presence, having previously illustrated Hatsune Miku.
