Born in 1983 under the sign of Pisces, the artist works across a range of disciplines, moving between fine art and commercial design, digital media and physical expression, urban youth culture and the natural world. After solo exhibitions in Tokyo, London, and Berlin, they held a large-scale exhibition titled FUTURE NATURE at TOLOT heuristic SHINONOME in 2018. Spanning approximately 1,300 square meters, the show featured an immersive installation combining two-dimensional works, sculptures, and video, centered around the theme of "visualizing the invisible."

Since then, the artist has continued to exhibit internationally, including participation in Tokyo Pop Underground at Jeffrey Deitch in New York. Their Resolution series, which reinterprets photographs by Daido Moriyama and Wing Shya, was first shown at Isetan Shinjuku and later expanded to exhibitions in Guangdong and Hong Kong.

In 2021, they launched the SUN series, which revolves around 365 digital images of silver suns. The series spans various media, including installations, aluminum prints, NFTs, vinyl records, and books.

As an art director, they work with a wide range of clients—from global luxury brands and international musicians to Tokyo’s underground club scene and contemporary art fairs. As the head of the design studio YAR, they are involved in a broad scope of visual projects, including advertising, events, branding, spatial design, websites, and video production.
